About

The Operator Behind The Work

Twelve years in California real estate — luxury, commercial, and residential. One belief underneath all of it: do the work like a professional, and serve before you sell.

The Story

A Central Coast Kid Who Learned The Business The Hard Way

I’m a California native, raised on the Central Coast, now based in the Walnut Creek area of the Bay. My path through real estate wasn’t a straight line — it ran through shopping-mall management, residential and commercial sales, commercial property management, and overseeing apartment complexes north of 600 units. Today I manage luxury single-family homes and write about everything I’ve learned along the way.

Before real estate, I sold luxury retail and worked in advertising, staffing, and recruiting. That mix taught me something most agents never learn: every transaction is really a conversation about a need the other person hasn’t said out loud yet. Find that need, serve it honestly, and you never have to close anyone again.

The Mission

Make The Profession Worthy Of The Name

Real estate gets a bad reputation because too many people treat it like a transaction grab. My mission is to raise the standard — to give landlords, investors, agents, and property managers the operating discipline and service mindset that turn a side hustle into a real, durable business.

What Makes Me Different

Operator First. Teacher Second.

Every Asset Class

Luxury, commercial, and residential — plus apartment complexes at scale. The advice isn’t drawn from one lane; it’s drawn from the whole road.

Sales DNA

A background in luxury and diamond-industry selling means I teach persuasion rooted in service and trust, not pressure and scripts.

Systems Over Hustle

I don’t sell grind. I build repeatable operating systems so the business runs whether you’re having a great week or a brutal one.
